The Bar Council of India (BCI) officials have informed Careers360 that the AIBE 19 Certificate of Practice has not yet been released. Recently, various news reports are doing the rounds claiming that the AIBE 19 COP is out. However, the BCI sources have now confirmed to Careers360 that the news is not true and the AIBE COP will take time. BCI conducted AIBE 19 on December 22, 2024. The AIBE 19 result was declared on March 21, 2025.
The All India Bar Examination is a qualifying exam. All the candidates who score more than the AIBE 19 cut-off will be awarded the AIBE 19 Certificate of Practice.
The BCI source informed that it will take a minimum of 2 months time for the AIBE 19 COP to be released. Meanwhile, candidates can also check the AIBE Certificate of Practice release date for the past sessions in the table below to get a fair idea.

Bar Council of India will send a physical copy of the Certificate of Practice of all successful candidates to the respective state bar councils in which the candidate has enrolled. The candidates must collect it personally from the state bar council. BCI will also issue an official notification on its website - allindiabarexamination.com in this regard.
After revisions in the AIBE 19 answer key, 7 questions were withdrawn. This reduced the total marks in AIBE 19 to 93 instead of 100. General and OBC candidates need 45% marks to qualify the exam, while SC and ST candidates need 40% marks.
