The candidates included in the merit list are required to select either - freeze/float/exit option.
The ‘freeze’ option allows candidates to confirm their allotted seat at the university if it aligns with their preference.
Whereas the ‘float’ option can be used by candidates who are unsatisfied with their seat allocation and wish to secure a seat at a higher-preference NLU.
Candidates who wish to leave the admission process can choose the ‘exit’ option.
To confirm the seat in the preferred NLU, aspirants need to pay the confirmation fee of Rs 20,000.
The candidates must then visit the allotted university for document verification and complete the payment of the pending university fees within the prescribed time.
